Excellent charger :) 200V 16A
You have to sign up for Times 24 Park & Charge but it is definitely worthwhile. Parking cost me 800 yen (minus a 200 yen Times 24 Club discount for a total of 600 yen!!) and no cost for the charging.
This is a pretty slow charger, but if you have meetings/shopping to do near Kyoto station it is great. The subway is a short walk and Kyoto Station is two stops away. I saved a LOT of money on just the parking and the charging was an excellent benefit. 4 stations are available.
